(HARTFORD, CT) – Governor Dannel P. Malloy will brief residents and members of the media today at 3 p.m. at the State Emergency Operations Center in Hartford. On Monday, Governor Malloy will brief media and residents at 2 p.m. at the Emergency Operations Center.
