GOV. MALLOY: METRO-NORTH TO SUSPEND SERVICE AT 10PM TONIGHT
Amtrak and Shore Line East Service Also Suspended
 
(HARTFORD, CT) – Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced that due to current storm conditions and projections of heavy snowfall accumulations, Metro-North Railroad will suspend service tonight beginning at 10:00 p.m.
 
The last New Haven Line departure from Grand Central Terminal will be at 10:22 p.m., making all stops to New Haven.  The last train to Grand Central Terminal will be at 9:17 p.m., making all stops from New Haven to Grand Central.
 
The Metro-North service suspension will continue until further notice.
 
In addition, Amtrak and Shore Line East train service have also been suspended.  Amtrak is planning to resume service at 11:00 a.m. Saturday.  Shore Line East Service service is suspended until further notice.
